I'm Lauren Chervinski

I used to scrape ice off my windshield at 6 a.m., drag myself to long nursing shifts, and convince myself I should feel “grateful.” But deep down, I was exhausted by the taxes, the burnout, the endless waiting lists, and the feeling that no matter how hard I worked, nothing changed.

My family bought a U.S. business, moved to Florida, and rebuilt our lives from the ground up. Today I teach Canadians the exact roadmap we used so they can break free from the same cycle.

My Story

I never planned on leaving Canada. I thought I was building a stable future, following the traditional path, and doing everything “right.” But after losing my job unexpectedly, I realized how quickly the life I thought was secure could crumble.

That moment pushed me to look for something different. Something that offered freedom, stability, and a fresh start. That’s when I discovered the E-2 Visa, a pathway I had never heard of, but one that opened a door I didn’t know existed.

My family and I took the leap, bought a small U.S. business, and moved to Florida to rebuild our lives on our own terms. It was a risk, but it changed everything.

Now, I help Canadians do the same by sharing the roadmap I wish I had when I started. Simple, clear, and honest guidance for anyone ready to create a new life in the U.S.

Why I Do It

For years, I believed that if I worked hard enough, the system would reward me. But the reality was different.. burnout, rising costs, and limited opportunities made it harder and harder to build the life my family deserved. Losing my job was the final wake-up call that showed me just how fragile “security” really was.

When I discovered the E-2 Visa and realized Canadians could move to the U.S. through business ownership, everything clicked. It gave my family a chance to rebuild, breathe, and finally feel in control again.

Now, I teach this pathway because I know how many Canadians feel stuck, overlooked, or out of options. I do this work because I’ve lived both sides: the frustration of staying, and the freedom of choosing something better. And I want others to know they can choose better too.
